Here at LeatherClothing, we stand behind our products and want you to love your shopping experience! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, don’t worry—we’re here to assist you!
Returns
Timeline: Please ensure that you return items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: All products should be brand new, unworn, and returned with tags securely attached to their original packaging.

How to Return:
- Please email us at leatherclothings.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instruction.
- Please ship the item back to us. (The customer is responsible for returning the item unless it is defective.)
Refunds:
- We will process your refund using your original payment method after we receive and check the item.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No worries!
We provide free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange:
- Email leatherclothings.ca@gmail with the details of your order.
- We’ll assist you in finding the ideal replacement and send you a return label.
- Your new item will be shipped once the original item has been received and Approved.
Note
Due to the natural characteristics of leather, minor variations in color or texture are common. These variations are not considered flaws.
