Here at LeatherClothing, we stand behind our products and want you to love your shopping experience! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, don’t worry—we’re here to assist you!

Returns

Timeline: Please ensure that you return items within 30 days of delivery. 

Condition: All products should be brand new, unworn, and returned with tags securely attached to their original packaging.

Unreturnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Products that are personalized or customized
  • Wrong purchased size
  • Item without tags
  • Used item
  • An item damaged in transit
  • An item damaged by customer

How to Return:

  • Please email us at leatherclothings.ca@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Please ship the item back to us. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, Leather Clothings will cover the applicable return shipping cost.)
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds:

  • We will process your refund using your original payment method after we receive and check the item.
  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No worries!

We provide free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange:

  • Email leatherclothings.ca@gmail.com with the details of your order.
  • We’ll assist you in finding the ideal replacement and send you a return label.
  • Your new item will be shipped once the original item has been received and approved.
